This Halloween week, our Wordless Wednesday BlogHop theme is “Villains.” There are so many Disney villains that we all love to hate. I’m featuring villain-themed sweets.
The Main Street Confectionery had these Maleficent sweets on display: cake pops, caramel apples, and rice krispie treats.
I made this villain-themed cake for my son’s birthday. His two favorites–Gaston and Maleficent–are on top.
The tutorial for the cake decorations is available here and this page gives instructions on the two-toned border and villain-colored cake inside.
Who is your favorite Disney villain?
Who is the one that you really can’t stand?

What a great villains cake!!
Thanks so much, Beth! I had fun making it!
That cake is fab! I bought a Maleficent cake pop this summer – it was so good! Or do I mean bad?! My all time favourite villain is Maleficent! #DisneyWordlessWednesday
Thank you, Michelle! Maleficent is such a great/horrible villain. She’s one of my favorites too! Love your comment about the cake pop! Ha!
So many kids love Maleficent- isn’t that astounding?! Your cake rivals the Disney parks goodies. Lucky Zach!
It is surprising! I sure didn’t like her when I was a kid! 🙂 Thank you so much!
Wow! What a great cake! I love seeing Maleficent but Cruella is the real villain. Poor puppies!
